Man sentenced for throwing bowling ball at alley worker


as the man charged with throwing a bowling ball at a bowling alley employee in Roseville in sentence that story does topper news at noon thank you for joining us I’m a broadcast to me this is surveillance video of that incident from the bowling alley 31 year-old Quintin Kaiser was arrested and charged by Roseville detectives in connection with this crime and today he learned his fate local force Nick Monacelli joins us now live with a look at his sentence Nick everyone good afternoon that sentence was handed down inside of this Macomb County Courthouse here in Mount Clemens and a lot of people are wondering how the sentence could be so sure many calling it just a slap on the wrist Quintin Kaiser got one year in jail in two information take a look this video you see him inside on the courtroom this morning now he has pled guilty to assault with intent to great bodily harm and assault with a dangerous weapon that would be the bowling ball he used to hit that alley worker over the head with now this happened back in October at Apollo Elena’s on Gratiot in Roseville Kaiser was there with the group the worker who was Andrew rosenmeier says they were breaking the rules there so we shut off their lands and asked them to leave at the counter you can see in this video things escalated and turned into this with Kaiser and another man beating the worker rosenmeier was in pretty bad but he’s okay now and again Kaiser pled guilty but had little to say before he was sentenced yes I want to say I’m sorry said a victim I was just never had happen and I’m sorry cat of course I already put it yeah all right so Kaiser again was sentenced to one year in jail two years of probation and one year of anger management the judge said that that was going to be the longer course that they wanted to give them now the other man involved in this case is still awaiting his trial
